Eagle double boilers, typically 14,000 BTUs per burner, almost always clean the burners and pilot lights due to poor combustion. They should always be checked for leaks, especially when the valves aren't anchored to the cabinet (sometimes they're suspended by the same pipe). Depending on the burner, the holes should be cleaned regularly.
